This washing machine still works but has a problem with the locking mechanism which after washing requires the mains to be turned off and a 3 minute wait time before you can open the door. Below are the steps to follow to be able to use this washer as normal and assess whether these steps are livable for you. 1. Open the door while the mains is OFF. 2. Load the clothes into the washer and add soap in the dispensing cabin. 3. Turn ON the mains switch. 4. Turn ON the washing machine. - leave the door open. 5. Set the cycle, temperature etc. you require. 6. Close the door and play start. 7. After wash turn off washer and mains power. 8. Wait for 3 minutes. 9. Open the door. I'm sad to see this unit go but I just had it replaced by a new washer via insurance so please do grab a bargain here.
