What is Graded Stock? Graded items, sometimes called "seconds" or B grade stock, are brand new items that have been returned to the original manufacturer. Graded items are not factory seconds or inferior goods in anyway. They are simply items which have been returned either unopened or under retail outlets 28 days no quibble returns policy. The items may be returned for one of the following reasons: Customer simply did not like/want item and returned after a few days. Item may have had packaging damage Item may have had slight cosmetic marks Item may be from a failed delivery/cancelled order (once handled by a courier they are no longer classed as brand new and so are graded) Retail outlet may have over stocked/under sold and return to manufacturer for credit These are the most common reasons for the items being returned. Once an item has been sold, whether it reaches the end user or not it cannot be resold as brand new - it has to be sold as graded. This means some of the items will be brand new and never been out of the box. What is an Ex Display Product? An ex-display product has been on display either at our showrooms or at leading High Street retailer showrooms and is a great way of bagging a bargain! As graded items some may have accessories missing which in no way will affect the functioning of the item. Manuals do not always come with appliances but are easily downloaded on the internet. For items bought online we will describe honestly any blemishes to the item and will send pictures if requested. Items are non-refundable. Under the 6 months warranty given with each appliance we will provide an engineer or swap for another of the same appliance if the item breaks down. If you picked up the item from us then you are responsible for bringing it back in the event of an exchange-if it was delivered by us then we are responsible for picking the item up for exchange. I have ONE Samsung fridge freezer for sale. FOR SALE FOR ONLY £50 FOR A QUICK SALE - I need the space back round my kitchen table! Extra large, stainless steel. Huge capacity, low running costs. Energy Efficient. Frost free. Fast freeze button. LED display, LED lights inside. 201cm high, standard width 60cm. RUNNING PERFECTLY NO ISSUES. For sale as it has been replaced due to the cosmetic damage. Fridge-Freezer #1 SOLD Fridge Freezer #2 has some cracks/ damage to all 4 freezer drawers - see photos (but all still work to hold food as normal) FRIDGE FREEZER HAS COSMETIC DAMAGE in the form of a lot of small bumps and scratches on the freezer door - see pics - due to being knocked by kids pulling chair to the fridge to reach in and going past it with bikes in the Summer) and some bumps on the fridge doors. The fridge has a long scratch on the fridge door not sure it's visible in the photo - it's on the fridge on the left. There is some damage to the ends of the runners in the freezer that hold the drawers, but all drawers are held in place as normal. It has lost 2 covers on the side of the handle. The freezer drawers all work properly to store food, but have some cracks to the plastic. These Fridge freezers were £650 each from ao approx 2 years ago when I bought it. Fridge #2 £50. Low price for quick sale as it's taking up too much space in my kitchen. You will need a large van and 2 strong people to lift it out of my house (it will have to be lowered carefully to horizontal and carried out (same way they came in as they are too tall to get through doorway without!)
