What is Graded Stock? Graded items, sometimes called "seconds" or B grade stock, are brand new items that have been returned to the original manufacturer. The items may be returned for one of the following reasons: Customer simply did not like/want item and returned after a few days. Under the 6 months warranty given with each appliance we will provide an engineer or swap for another of the same appliance if the item breaks down.
