Faulty Samsung smart tv

The tv does work but the top 3rd doesn't work perfectly, the image is still there but it's darker than the rest of the screen.. it does disappear after a minute or 2 but is worse when watching through smart box.. It is free if you can fix it or just live with it then great:)
