leisure 17 sail boat, ready to sail but could do with a bit of TLC.

Leisure 17 sail boat. Comes with 1 years fully paid mooring and unlimited launch at Rutland Water, electric out board motor and new leisure battery. We learnt to sail with this boat and now we would like a bigger one. The boat has a set of sails but there not the right ones, but they still work. The trailer is only fit for launching purposes only. The boat is about 30 years old but very solid and forgiving once on the water.
