Safe First Horse Wanted - 13hh - 15.3hh in Newton Abbot

Looking for a second horse for my daughter to progress her riding on. She is a fairly nervous rider although competent in walk and trot if she had more confidence. I am looking for a confidence giving horse / pony for her to call her own as my Welshy is too strong for her to learn on. I am looking for either an older horse that has been outgrown and progressed on from, free to a good home or something that is LWVTB at not too much cost although if the right horse is out there price would be negotiable. Type and age is not really important to us this is about finding the right fit for my daughter. She does love her greys / spotted and prefers geldings but again its about finding the right horse for her and any horse coming to us would be loved and have a forever home. Although this is for my daughter the horse would not be moved on after a few months or a year as she is unlikely to grow anymore and I am hoping to find something that once her confidence has grown she could take to some local shows even if it is just in hand showing, again all to build her confidence up. Wanted hh cob or cob type (not too heavy) as first horse for small adult. Looking for a safe and sensible confidence giving first horse. Mainly to hack out on, do fun rides with and possibly the odd bit of hunting. A been there, done that sort with experience, preferably aged between 8-15 but would consider older if no health issues. I am a small adult female and a confident novice but don't want anything too forward or strong. No preference if mare or gelding but must be happy to live out or in and wouldn't mind living alone. A horse that isn't phased by farm machinery, livestock etc would be essential as we are based on a farm. Irish hunter. 16hh. Hunted with me on Dartmoor with the south Devon. Forward going hunter that loves his job and doesn't disappoint. Jumps gates and walls with ease and has never said no to anything with me. I've used him for stock work with cattle, sheep and ponies. Used to farm machinery and is great in traffic. Also, good to clip and shoe. Just had his teeth done and not long been shod. Not a novice ride as he is forward going. Good weight carrier, I weigh 16 stone and we go all day!
