16.2hh Chestnut TB Mare, 10 years old. Graded SHBGB. Pippa is a sweet natured mare and does not fit the chestnut mare stereotype. Since being with us she has competed at dressage and a little showing with excellent results. Pippa competed in the ROR class at the Royal Welsh last year where she came a respectable 6th out of 20 plus entries. Pippa is excellent to load, clip, shoe, catch, she travels quietly in lorry or trailer and is good in traffic. heartbreaking sale of my horse Zante Zante is a 17 year old tb dressage school mistress who also jumps I have done all activities with Zante pony club camp, rallies, all pony club shows, riding club shows, cross country, trailblazer show jumping, pony club area dressage in the intermediate last year, did the interbranch pony club dressage open this year which she came 2nd, qualified for the trailblazer showjumping final in the 95cm this is in august. she has also competed in sib toys qualifiers coming,winner at Newark and notts county show in the tara showing class she has previously done British dressage and eventing with her old owner. Zante loves to hack out and is brilliant in open spaces good in traffic good to box, catch, shoe. Zante does windsock however this is only when she is stabled and this does not affect her in anyway. Zante is not a typical tb we don't have any problems keeping weight on her if anything she gets too fat, she also has brilliant feet. Wonderful TB X Connemara mare for sale!

Wonderful 15 year old mare for sale, would consider LWVTB but only local. This beautiful mare is looking for a her forever home, she is such a genuine mare and wouldn't hurt a fly. I have had her for a year now but my circumstances have changed and can no longer afford to own my own horse anymore. She is an ex show jumper and has been there and done it all. And is now wanting a happier quieter life. Not ready for retirement at all. Is as good as gold to turn out and bring in, (a dope on a rope). She can be a little spooky when hacking but won't ever be nasty. She can go into the school and work beautifully but defiantly loves a good run in the field and hacking. This is not a simple straightforward mare, I am looking for a the next honest home for her, She has had a rectum scan recently and has a hole in her rectum, this does not cause any problems for her at all. She is able to be ridden and worked perfectly. However This mare can not be used as a broodmare as this will complicate matters. I have been advised by the vet to keep her either on grass 24/7, and or on sugar beet alongside with Epsom salts. This is to help keep her droppings soft so that the hole in her rectum does not cause colic. Since I have tried this out I have had no problems at all.:) She does have a old wire injry on her left hind and a splint on her right hind. Again never ever caused any problems for me ever. She is perfect with her shoes and has very good solid feet. The farrier comes every 6 weeks for her. She is due her nextast vaccination (as had to start them again) on the 26th October. She is perfect for the vet, dentist and farrier. Does not blink an eye. Please this is a very sad sale and don't want any time wasters.
