Sabre 27 in St. Austell

This is a very reluctant sale due to a serious illness three years ago which has left me incapacitated. The boat is on a deep water mooring near Truro, it has being unused since I got ill 3 yrs ago, the bottom is heavily fouled, topsides in need of a good wash down, sails will probably need laundering. it has a roller reefing Genoa head sail, main is loose footed, all reefing is done from the cockpit. The engine is a 13hp Petter diesol in running order. The mooring is NOT included in the sale, there is a selection of kit that comes with the boat, 2 spinnakers, autopilot, satnav, anchor, fenders, warps, the boat is up for sale at a very cheap price as it must be sold as soon as possible, but is not open to offers. A couple weekends work tidying, bottom scrubbing will have this boat looking a treat again, the BOTTOM WILL NEED scraping/scrubbing before being able to motor away, there is a new can of Micron antifoul on board ready to apply. 'Vagabond' is a Halcyon 27 auxiliary sailing cruiser designed by Alan Buchanan and completed by Offshore Yachts in November . Hull no. H27/P59. LOA 27ft; LWL 23ft., Beam 7ft 8 in., Draft 4 ft. Presently ashore at Creran Marine, Barcaldine 12 miles NW of Oban, I bought her in November from Simon and Sarah Lee who had just completed a circumnavigation in her. She has been extensively modernised - Gelshielded - no osmosis at all; stainless steel reinforced mast step; oversize (6mm) standing rigging, nearly new engine: BETA BZhp twin (only 190 hours from new); new prop and stern-gear at same time.
