Wooden Folding Side Table - Coffee Table **Hand Painted**

Wooden Coffee table - Side Table which folds for easy storage. It was tired and worn and in need of some TLC. Once the table was cleaned and sanded I applied one coat of Annie Sloan's Old Violet, once dried I dry brushed Annie Sloan's Old White. When the desired effect was achieved, I waxed the table with Annie Sloan's Soft Clear Wax. (This wax can take upto 6 weeks to fully absorb into the paintwork) This table still has imperfections so if you are wanting a perfect piece then this isnt for you but if you are looking for a unique piece then this is it! Lovely rustic upcycled coffee table in Redruth

Lovely, solid wood, rustic coffee table. Upcycled using Walnut satin finish varnish on the top, the underneath has been painted in Farrow and Ball Elephants Breath. H 41cm, W 81cm, D 81cm. this is a really solid table, it has a few knocks and bumps which only enhance the rustic look of it.

Shabby chic upcycled hand painted dressing table

This is a lovely vintage piece of Lebus furniture which was sorely in need of some love and attention. It has been sanded,filled,cleaned and primed. It has had several coats of valspar eggshell paint, first in carousel purple and then in bottlefly wings which is a pale grey. It has then been carefully distressed to allow the lilac colour and the wood to come through. French style decals were then applied to the piece.Finally I have used polyvine wax finish varnish dead flat finish which will not yellow and gives the effect of waxing but with the protection of varnish. The mirror has been removed, the fittings resilvered and beautiful ceramic and beaded handles in the form of lilacs have been fitted. Inside the drawers have been lined with a Parisienne themed paper and this too has been sealed to ensure a wipe clean surface. For measurements see item specifics. Beautifully crafted Rustic Coffee Table, handmade from reclaimed scaffolding boards in our workshop in Cambridgeshire.
