Cosy Cottage ground floor apartment in a quiet mountain village above Iglesias on the south west coast of Sardinia. This area is still much undiscovered and a haven for trekking, mountain biking, rock climbing, with the village which is called San Benedetto is on the edge of a protected area of the mountain Marganai which reaches over ft, with many paths and trails all sign posted, so as regards to outdoor recreation there is no limit. I enjoy mountain biking and trekking, i go quite often and will be more than willing to assist or help and if you like i dont mind showing people around if i have time. Beaches are just 15 mins by car where you will not find mass tourism (yet) so come now before it changes, in the low season you will even have a beach to yourself. There are many water sports like wind surfing or kite surfing, along with fishing, and snorkeling, or why not try your hand at sailing by taking advantage of whats on offer like an all day trip in a 12 mt sailing boat stopping in quiet bays for snorkeling or fishing, then anchoring for lunch, where you can taste some local wines and cheese which is inc in the package.
