It's about the biggest on the market and is a driveaway - you can leave it pitched, pretty much like a standard tent, while you drive the van off site for a day out. When you get back, link the awning canopy to your van and you've got a weather proof van extension The awning is in decent condition and is around 5 years old. There is a little wear and tear and one small rip in the fabric, roughly a foot off the ground at one end of the awning. This will need some attention.
