9 man tent - Royal Toulouse

This is a 9 man tent. It is rather large! It is in used condition with plenty of life left in it. It has 3 sleeping compartments. 2 compartments can sleep 2 people in each and the larger compartment sleeps 5 people. It has a large living area and you can stand up fully with lots of room to spare. It comes with a seperate ground sheet. In the Largest sleeping area there are a few tiny holes in the material but if you aren't super fussy about bugs getting in it doesn't affect the use. Fantastic huge tent. Only been used twice (1x time by the first owner and 1x time by ourselves to host international friends). We bought it for £. Has a huge central area in the middle (great for when it rains!) - 1x double insert (4x people max) and 2x smaller bedroom inserts (2x people each) - see dimensions photo. The other rooms come as one large insert and then a partition to use to make two rooms or keep it as one big bedroom. Easy to set up and all the poles are colour coded. Don't have instructions but will gladly explain how to put up (we used previous camping experience). Has skylight windows too and storage pockets. Selling our 6 man tent. It is a lovely roomy tent that housed the 4 of us brilliantly with still lots of sleeping room left. Lots of living space and storage space. It has never leaked in our many camping trips even through storms and torrential rain. There is a couple of small marks on inner tent that once pitched cant be seen. One of the poles has a split in one section but didnt effect use. The pole to prop up porch no longer works but not needed. No instructions but poles are colour coded and should be avail to download. Much loved family tent for sale. 2 separate bedroom compartments which can sleep 3 in each. Large central living area (perfect to play cards in the rain). The front porch is ideal for cooking in the dry. Takes 2 people about 45 minutes to assemble once you get used to it. Poles starting to get tired, a couple of minor holes in the fly sheet but on the whole in reasonable condition considering its 10 years old. Used it twice already this year and kept us all dry in some very wet and windy weather. Once up, it's very good and sturdy. More than happy to assemble upon request.
