Extras include a footprint ground sheet to keep bottom of tent clean and a cosy carpet to add warmth and comfort to living area. Handy side annex for storage (or loo). Haven't used for a couple of years after we bought a caravan but we kept as a standby as we'd loved using it. Was packed away dry and looks in good clean condition (see pics).
