I'm sadly enough having to rehome our german shepherd, unfortunately we have only had him a few months and was told he is great with other dogs and kids! Unfortunately he isn't very good with other dogs, and due to his size he isn't good with kids as he jumps up and knocks them over. He is a very loyal loving dog but will need a lot of training as the previous owner let him do what ever he wanted and he controlled them. I have put everything in to him to get him to calm down. He needs to go to a home with no other animals or young children, max id a very energetic dog that loves a good long long. German shepherd x rottweiler dog

It's with a heavy heart that I'm having to rehome my German shepherd x rottweiler doggy. His name is Rocco he will be 2 on 19th April. We have had him from 9 weeks old. He would be best suited being rehomed with a male who has a lot of time on his hands as he needs alot of exercise. His behaviour is absolutely amazing when my husband is home but he seems to think that he's the boss of me and demands attention from me. He has amazing manners, whilst his dinner is being prepared he will sit and wait and won't eat it until he gives you his paw, Even if you go out the room. He will need training as he tends to nip when he wants attention (unless your my husband). He is very food led and I've found that he pays more attention with his training if hes rewarded with treats so finding a trainer that works this way would be best. We are only rehoming as we have fell far behind on rent so me and my husband are out constantly at work and I feel he deserves more, I feel like we have let him down and he deserves more. It's unfair of us to keep him just because we love him so much and don't want to lose him when he isn't getting the attention and exercise he needs and deserves. This is a very hard decision for us so he won't be going to just any home, It's essential that his new home is with somebody that has experience in training large dogs or are willing to put him in training classes. When he was 12 weeks old he was playing with my sister's very giddy dog and he's accidently hurt Rocco and made him yelp so now he tends to have days where sometimes he can walk past a dog and not be phased by them he will just sniff them then carry on walking but other days he will bark at them. He's met lots of other animals off the lead, horses, cows cats and was great with them.
