14.3hh - Low Mileage 8yr Old Pure Bred Reg Arab Gelding in

14.3hh 8yr old Reg pure bred Grey Arab gelding. Very pretty boy from Polish Ekstern line. This horse has very little mileage for age and will need re-schooling through the winter. He was a used as a stallion as a youngster and then was gelded and broken as a 5yr old with Helen Jones "JETS " over a 8 week period. Previous owner then turned him away until I bought him in July as a 8yr old. I have re-started him after 3 yrs of doing nothing and we have got to the point of giving him 6 weeks of slow road work in company. He is still very green in the saddle and needs far more work than I can give him which is the reason for sad sale. Due to him doing so little he is also more like a 3yr old to work with on the ground. I bought him to do Dressage and Showing as he moves very well but now i know him I think he is going to be too busy and will be far more suited to Endurance or even Jumping with the right rider. Due to an old injury (of mine) I have been forced to stop riding suddenly for a while and both my horses have been turned away rugged up. He has been clipped this autumn, seen the farrier and has been wormed and vaccinated for tetanus. He is 100% Not a Novice ride and will need an experienced rider and handler to bring the best out of him. He has bags of potential if you have the time and can put some effort into working with him. Priced to sell as needs to be in work this winter so he can finally get out and about next year. 14.2hh Pure Bred Connemara Mare

Monroe Beauty Absolutely stunning true to type 14.2hh 5yr old Connemara mare by Kippure Alkatraz. Muffin has beautiful athletic paces and a bold scopey jump, she has true to type conformation and a beautiful little head. Muffin has been broken and produced slowly over time, she is now nicely established in her walk and trot, she has a fabulous powerful canter but this still requires a little more work on the flat. Round a course of fences Muffin is brave and bold, she has a good technique over a fence which ensures that she would excel as a working hunter pony. We have also jumped Muffin over cross country fences, she happily jumps logs, barrels, tyres, hedges and goes through water. Out hacking Muffin will go alone or in company and first or last when in a group. She is stabled on a working farm so she isn't phased by tractors, lorries, buses, bikes and she stands at traffic lights/ junctions on the road. On an open field she will canter in a group without getting strong or silly, she will pull up easily and then walk after a gallop without jogging home. In my opinion Muffin is good enough to go to the top in county level workers with some more work, I would love to see her excel in this area. Alternatively she is happy enough to just go for a quiet hack once a week. She will suit a number of different riders although I wouldn't choose for her to go to a complete novice as I think she has a lot to offer.
