My gorgeous dress. I loved it so much. its designed and hand made by Rosa Clara in Spain from their collection. I'm usually a size 8 but ordered a size 10 which was nipped in slightly at the waist so this would fit a size 8 comfortably and would also fit a small size 10. I am 5 foot 6 inches and wore 3 inch heels on the day, the dress has been tailored to fit this height perfectly but could be taken up easily if needed or would fit taller brides with lower heels. Its made from Silk Crepe and has the most beautiful oyster / gold toned beading stiched on to cap sleeves, belt detail and surrounding the low back. The neckline is bateau style. There is a mid length train which gives the back of the dress such an even more perfect finish. Ideal for church weddings like ours or also civil ceremonies. A bustle has been fitted so you can take the train up for dancing if you wish. dress looks just as gorgeous. This is SUPER FLATTERING. I just loved wearing it so much and it needs to be worn again, theres no way this should sit in my cupboard. I was married last month and am currently having the dress professionally cleaned and boxed in a keepsake box. I wore the dress for 4 hours in total before changing so I've been told it will come out like new. The cleaners are specialists and I've paid £200 for the service. Size 10 Item History and Condition Purchased brand new in October from a bridal store. Purchase price £.Worn once for my wedding. Dry Cleaned and stored in Bridal Box since August . Alterations The dress was taken in by approx 1 inch each side. The length of the dress was altered by approximately 3inches. This was so that it would not trail underneath my shoes. Marks The hem and train have some discolouration due to the dress trailling on the floor. This could easily be accounted for when altering the dress.
