15.2hh 12 yo chestnut TB for rehoming. Has done pc rallies, been sj shows, xc schooling & clinics. Good to load/farrier/bath/hack. Marvin is not going to be rehomed to a novice- he needs an experienced rider where he will be worked properly daily as he can be quirky if he isn't in full work. He will be rehomed to an experienced & competitive rider who can bring out his full potential. He is a lovely horse to own, great to handle with a lovely temperament & very cuddly. Marvin's flatwork is good & he knows a few simple dressage movements. He is a great jumper (this is what he loves best) and would make a great BE/BS horse. My aim was to eventually BS/BE him so it would be great if he could go to a home where he would be able to achieve this. 16hh 6 year old TB Gelding Horse for Sale(ROR Unraced)

Lovely project TB for sale, based in Arley/Cheshire. *Experienced Home wanted* 16hh, 6 years old, Bay, Gelding, registered with Weatherby's as 'McCool Runnings' otherwise known as 'Mac' at home. Sire: Cockney Rebel Dam: Dances with Angels. Fully up to date with Vacs, dentist, physio etc (nothing noted) and passed 2 stage vetting in Feb when I bought him which you are welcome to view. Loads and travels fine (once he finds his feet), and perfect with the farrier, he can be a little sensitive with his ears but not nasty, and I haven't clipped him but he was fully clipped when I bought him so assume no issues. He is fine to bath, goes in the hot wash/solarium and groom etc. Sadly for sale as I do not have enough time to do this boy justice and continue is education, he is not suitable for novices due to his age, breed and background. He trained to race but was too slow so never raced but is registered ROR, I bought Mac in Feb as a project to bring on whilst my other competition horse is out of action, unfortunately due to a change in work commitments I am no longer able to dedicate the time to him and I am struggling during the week. He is a lovely boy, but he needs stimulation and consistent repetitive work and therefore not suitable for just anyone - he can be spooky and can get upset in busy/loud environments but has already come on leaps and bounds with me as an amateur, with consistent works and lots of it he will excel massively. I have taken him to camp/clinics and out training around somerford/kelsall and he has behaved impeccably, drops/ditches/water all fine etc. Was professionally schooled for 7 weeks over summer with Andrew Downes, and works in a lovely soft outline but but is still a baby and it is not perfect but he is ridden in a Nathe rubber snaffle for everything and is not strong in the slightest and therefore requires someone willing to put more work into him - this is reflected in his price and I am of course open to sensible offers and happy to discuss him in full, as I cannot stress enough that I want the best for this boy - therefore home very much more important then price. 11yo TB Gelding - ROR Eligible, Potential Grassroots Eventer

Very sad and extremely reluctant sale… Jay A.K.A Keepsgettingbetter (IRE) is an 11 yo bay TB gelding who had raced only 4 times until . He is a good lad, a sweet and willing boy and very intelligent… Sold to me as a “ready-to-ride”, competition ready horse who knows his job and loves it too but it turned out Jay was given up on by his previous owner who left him out 24/7 for what I expect was many months with no work or real care as she had evented him until she’d had enough and bored, wanted a new mount to thrash. This only came to light after I’d got him home. Since, I have brought him on, retrained him from the ground up and he now doesn’t batter an eyelid at the farrier, vet or dentist and lunges (double lunge and long reins) to voice command like a true gent. He allows anyone to catch or turn him out and is quiet in his stable and in the field with no vices such as cribbing, weaving as many other Ex-Racehorses do. To ride, he is a nice, forward but often very fresh boy. He’s very sensitive and has a tendency to get way too excited and have a hoolie moment. If given an excuse, he will seize the opportunity. He is NOT a novice ride and can be a handful and therefore requires an experienced rider with a history of hot breeds and sharp and hot behaviour. This is typical Jay – not harmful with intent, a lovely sweet boy 99% of the time but over excitable for a hot minute – and in doing so, is very strong, can be a bit silly and lacking self-control. Jay is sensitive to the leg and very susceptible to seat aids and he LOVES to jump and has hunted, and competed in unaffiliated XC, SJ and dressage although not with me. He has a HUGE scopey jump and will jump anything you point him at. He has so much potential with the right person, unfortunately due to the lack of time, that’s not me and I couldn’t be any more gutted. I do not want to sell Jay and it is still a very hard decision but I have brought him on as far as I possibly can as I work very long hours and so cannot afford him the further training and schooling that he needs and deserves to progress his ridden work – during the week as I arrive to the yard late and will not ever ride when alone on the yard for safety reasons. Jay needs someone with the time, patience and experience to improve his ridden discipline and progress him from his outstanding ground and lunge work which unfortunately, I just cannot do. £ ONO - The right home is so much more important than price. Due to recently having a baby I am very sadly looking for a forever home for my 16hh, 9 year old thoroughbred gelding. Bertie is a beautiful boy with a lovely temperament who always wants to please. Hacks alone or in company although can be spooky when out alone so not a novice ride, needs a confident rider to reassure him when uncertain. Snaffle mouthed, not at all strong. Fantastic in the school although can lack motivation. A good doer for a thoroughbred, prefers to live out 24/7 and wears front shoes only. Bertie was diagnosed with mild kissing spine a few years ago. This does not effect him in any way however it does mean he benefits from regular work to keep his back muscles strong. 10 year old TB 16'2 TB Gelding

10 year old 16'2 TB Gelding. We have owned Felix for just over a year and have come to the conclusion that he needs a home that has more time for him. He has come a long way since we brought him but needs more work and we just don't have the time. He schools beautifully the way he carries himself is delightful he has three lovely paces and has a lovely fluid movement, I could imagine him doing a very nice dressage test. We have never taken him out competing and apart from popping him over a little jump in our school he hasn't done any jumping since we have owned him so can't really comment on his jumping ability. We are definitely what you would call a happy hacking home so haven’t taken him to shows. He is best when ridden frequently although last weekend we rode for the first time in 3 months and hacked on both Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday he was excited and it took longer than usual to tack him up and as soon as my husbands bottom was in the saddle he was jogging up the road! He jogged around and was generally very excitable so we only did road work. On the Sunday he was like a totally different horse, stood quietly to be tacked up, easy to mount and was cool as a cucumber so we went out for a good 2 hours and had 3 canters and a gallop. It was very pleasant hack. My husband and I mainly hack together which Felix does prefer but he has hacked alone and if he did it more I am sure he would settle much more quickly. We hack down fairly busy roads and he is fine, he does very occasionally do excited little bucks, not in nasty 'I am going to throw you off way' just I am excited and I want to go. Where he needs the most work still is on the ground he has a nervous disposition and will need a patient owner who has time to gain his trust. He isn’t at all nasty and does have stable manners he just gets nervous. We clipped him this weekend and we do it in stages so it takes 2 days rather than a few hours. He will stand to be groomed for 20 minutes and then gets fidgety, he takes longer than you average horse to tack up, nothing at all nasty he just has trust issues. He loads fine in either a box or trailer but doesn't like travelling alone, we tend to load him last and then out first to try and keep his mood as calm as possible. He can't be left in a field by himself or left on the yard by himself. He is good for the farrier and has never been lame or had any health problems. Up to date with jabs. ROR prospect for sale 16'1 bay lightly raced TB mare, 9yo Retired from racing after a disappointing run last Sunday, just genuinely not good enough. Summer is a very kind mare, hacks out alone or in company including along busy roads. Never offered to buck/rear/nap. We haven't had her in the yard all that long so she hasn't done a lot of reschooling but has a great attitude and a lovely jump. ??Fred?? 16hh 6 year old Chestnut Gelding Fred is very easy to handle on or off the ground. He will hack alone or in company he will go first or last doesn't get strong or silly will carry on walking even if the other horses are cantering away. He is 100% in traffic he isn't fazed by buses,lorries or tractors he is very level headed and can be handled by any. He is very loving and always first up for feed time. He is currently turned out with mare and geldings and doesn't get clingy. He doesnt buck,rear,spin or bolt. He is currently jumping around with scope to go higher in the right hands and some more schooling but is very willing to learn.
