For sale is a rooftop tent made by the company Tent Box. I absolutely love this tent and am only selling it due to going away for a couple years to do volunteering work.. You can check out the specs on the website.. and if you have any questions ask but it should be pretty self explanatory from the video etc.. it fits on any standard roofrack with roof bars.. - Sleeps 2 people - Removable memory foam mattress floor (3in thick) - Fits on any vehicle with a roof rack and roof bars - Made of fiberglass with gas sprung supports - Bolts to the roofrack and fastens with clips - Self-erecting / pop-up design means you can set it up in 2 minutes - Comes with adjustable ladder for access which can be stored in the box when closed - Large doors flaps with fly screens and awning - Two windows with zips and fly screens - Fully weatherproof - Internal storage for clothes etc which can be left in when you pack down - Packs up and down easily Costs £ new - Grab a bargain!! I have used it for some road trips and I spent six weeks travelling around Scotland wild camping last year.. i have included some of the photos of the tent box taken on that trip... The tent box did get a little damp inside travelling in scotland because I was there in October and there was lots of wet weather.. there was some mould on the roof of the tent which has now been cleaned and sterilised but has left some small spots of the lining.. this is common on normal tents also when camping in wet conditions.. you could change the lining very easily if this is a problem but does not effect the tent in any way other than visually.. Hard Shell roof top tent - James Baroud XXL

Reluctantly selling my James Baroud roof top tent, due to an expanding family and lack of time to get the most out of it. This tent is the XXL version, it's wider than the current version as they made it smaller soon after I bought it. It's was bought in and has had limited use since, you can read more about these tents on the Devon 4x4 website. It features include: - memory foam mattress - it's the same size a kingsize bed. Easily sleeping two people with loads of room to spare. - solar powered extractor fan (with sucks and blow fans included) - led light, with 12v charger. - storage nets x 4 on sides and one large overhead net. - new style canvas with a flysheet that gives a 360 degrees view. - is erected in seconds due to internal gas rams. - extra luggage storage space on top, storage bag available to buy online. - just leave all you bedding in and it's ready to go in seconds. - access ladder with storage bag. They are currently selling at £ on the Devon4x4 website. Theses tents are the Rolls Royce of roof tents. It's been on my VW transporter and is suited to any van or 4x4, it will technically go on most roof racks but due to size van or 4x4 is ideal. It takes a couple of fit people to get it on the roof and I have two types of brackets to fit narrow and wide roof bars. The tent had minor wear marks on the corners of the canvas (does not effect it waterproofness in anyway), small chip missing on one of the side vents and some 'spidering' on the fibre glass gelcoat - purely cosmetic and not unusual for black glossy gel coats. Please asks if you would like photos of anything mentioned. I am asking for £ ono. It's a cracking tent and you will be the envy of all campers on the campsite!
