Roland Alpha Juno-1

The Alpha Juno is a great sounding analog synth which uses membrane buttons and the Alpha Dial to edit and browse through the extensive selection of parameters: DCO digitally controlled oscillators, LFO, bend, ENV, pulse, waveforms, noise, PW/PWM, high pass filter, VCF (filter) with freq/env/res/LFO/kybd, VCA envelope, chorus, and more. Other nice touches include better MIDI implementation than previous Roland synths, 64 presets and 64 user patches, a nice LCD display, an LFO capable of a very slow rate for some cool sweeping effects, and a great bass sound (especially nice for acid basslines) and noise effects! Selling my mint to perfect condition Vintage Roland Juno 106 with flight case. I had it recently serviced(power connection needed to be resoldered) and it is really in absolutely beautiful cosmetic and sounding condition. No voice chip issues, all original parts, bought from the original owner on a trip to Detroit, Michigan, USA. Sadly parting with this powerhouse to payback some long overdue uni loans:-/ This Juno sings, roars, shakes, and everything in between. Who knows, maybe it's even been played by your favourite Detroit house or techno legend. This synth needs no introduction, an absolute classic! It has no MIDI, so I've always used the Arturia Beatstep and the CV & Gate to trigger via MIDI. Which is why I'm offering the 2 together - though happy to accept offers for individual units. The item is in a good condition, there are slight signs of wear but that's to be expected with a synth manufactured in the early 's. Excellent condition. Selling as I didn't end up using it much. Includes hard case. Prior to me purchasing this synth it had been fully serviced. Works include - All A VCF / VCA voice chips have had the problem resin coating removed, and have been installed in header sockets. The battery has been replaced and installed in a clip holder. The power supply has a new variable voltage regulator. The power supply and voice boards have been calibrated to factory specifications, and the original patches installed.
