For sale as we have always used the bigger version we also have. These are great tents and the Fairbanks tent is a fantastic tent for shorter trips away for up to four or luxury camping for a couple. We bought this a the end of last season at the same time as our larger tent but my wife preferred the larger Mescelaro so that is the one we have ended up using. Very easy to erect (instructions attached to the inside of the bag). 2 people per zipped section-another 2 have plenty of room in the central space also if you wanted to fit 8. Water container/picnic set etc also included. For more specific specs check out YouTube which has plenty on the version which differs only in the colour of the lines and storage pockets. This tent did not come with a separate ground sheet for the 'open' area (we used a plastic backed rug) and, as shown in the photos has one main door instead of two.
