Very striking stocky ride and drive mare! 5yrs old. Mainly driven in her last home but only ridden with us. Lou is a lovely horse to be around, she trots to the gate to greet you, ties up to be fussed and groomed, hacks alone or in company - her schooling is coming along nicely and she is showing willing. Lou has been a saint, she is easy to catch, stable, shoe (fully shod all round), load and travel - happily stands at a show while you take another horse off the box.. She has not been driven with us but her previous owners (who are keen to keep in contact with who ever the lucky person is that buys her) have said she is wonderful to drive. Perfect in the cart, hasn't been in it for a few months though as I do not have a cart to put her in. Fine in the school, only recently started working in a school the past 3 weeks and has been amazing. She is a pacer so she does trot differently and is beginning to learn to canter.
