Ribble R872 with Shimano 105 components. The bike is in very good condition with only general wear and tear marks. The R872 is a great frame and highly rated. Lightweight, strong, stiff & comfortable carbon fibre frame and fork. Internal cable routes and open carbon frames also makes it an amazing looking bike. This has great handling and brilliant stiffness when climbing or powering along a flat straight. Can easily hold its own against much more expensive bikes. Frame is XL but is small for an XL bike. I am 6'3" and on the limit. My dad is 5'11" and actually suits him perfectly. The 105 items are great performing items and the bike can easily be upgraded with Di2 equipment. Bottom bracket is a 30 with a 30 to 34 adapter to allow a more diverse spread of cranks. The bike has only been used in the dry and stored in the dry. Not ridden since last October due to the weather. Being sold simply as I simply ride XC these days. I also have brand new boxed rear set and chain which can be included for the right price. Selling my old road bike as it needs some work done and I needed a slightly bigger frame anyway. The left crank arm needs replacing, halfords quoted me circa £70 to fix this. BUT this was to replace the whole chainset. This can be done a lot cheaper by buying the part and DIY. The cable for the rear derailleur has snapped, I managed to attach it again but will need to be looked at as only a couple of gears work. Tyres were replaced two months ago and have roughly 100 miles on them. Frame size is 55cm. Great starter bike and a steal for anyone more mechanically minded.
