  PACE RC35 MXCD Forks Rare Retro Fork Carbon

  Retro PACE RC35 MXCD Suspension Forks   1 1/8 threaded steerer approx 140 mm long.   Axle to crown measurement approx 430 mm. Odyssey headset included free. Decent quality headset with needle roller bearings.   In good order with some signs of age and time - actual item pictured is what you will receive.  Just had service. Old perished elastomers removed and replaced with the best original elastomers from the spares box taken from 4 other similar PACE forks. Re-fitted with Pace RC-7 grease. Resulting in a fork with a little sag and good smooth action. Rebound adjuster still functioning fine and seals all in good order. Please see photos for close inspection. Thanks for looking.

Pace RC30 Forks. The chrome is in excellent condition. There are a few marks on the yokes, I could strip the lacquer off the yokes and polish them, if my arm was twisted behind my back. The stickers have a few scars but are pretty good. The steerer is either an aluminium 1-1/8" one that is approx 200mm long, 230 but 30mm is in the bottom yoke. Full Carbon Fork for road bikes or fixies. These Forks are made by Advanced and are full Carbon including the Steerer. The top of the steering tube has been slightly damaged as I have shown in the 4th picture, take a good look and you will see. You could use it as it is, but it would be best to have the steerer cut down by about 1cm. This can be done at any good bike shop, and when shown to my local shop they said they would do the job for £20. This fork does not use a regular star nut, but is tightened using a wedge system as I have shown in the last two pictures. It has carbin forks with midguard clearance and fitments, carbon 700c wheels (that's right, carbon wheels) with good tyres, a Shimano 105 triple chainset and derailleurs with Shimano Sora 10 speed shifters amd Miche performamce brake levers. Steering is by 3t and new bar tape is fitted to the bars. Saddle is a lovely Selle Italia. The bike rides perfectly with every gear slipping in as it should and straight smooth wheels. Look 'Carbon' Road Racing Bike - Original Carbon Framed Retro Racer

Look 'Carbon' Racing Bike. I've had this bike about 10 years and only really used it for winter training on the rollers. As you can see, the paint work is in really good condition for a year old bike. The wheels are of a Gaint TCR Triathlon bike and are true and very smooth running. The brakes are good and overall it rides nicely. The only down sides are, I fitted an MTB rear shifter, when the brake lever shifter stopped working (so the rear gears still work fine), the handlebar tape is odd colours and the seat has scuffs from leaning against the wall. The frame measures cm) centre of B.B. to centre of Top Tube....and cm) centre of Head Tube to centre of Seat Tube.
