This desk has been fully restored with 3 coats of metal paint to the legs in vibrant funky orange. The top has been fully sanded and given three coats of Danish oil. For sale is this very cool genuine vintage old school desk. It's a lovely solid characterful piece - totally original I've just given it a light sand and fresh coat of wax making it clean but keeping its rustic charm. Dimensions are Width 62 Height 70 Depth 45 all cms. () All of my items are genuine vintage or antique. Items of this age come with obvious age related knocks, bumps and scratches etc. In my opinion this only adds to the their originality and style. I brought this writing desk with the idea that I would sand it down and paint it retro style and then probably sell it for around £200. If you look online that the lower end of the market. As I am moving away I haven't got the time to do this so want a quick sale! You can either try my plan or just have it as it is! It's lovely either way and in great condition! It's not one of the tiny children's desk, more an adult size and the chair comes with it for free. Sturdy pine wood desk - designed as a computer desk. For this reason there is a shelf underneath the desk, I have cut a section out of this so that I could actually sit with legs underneath the desk. This means there is still space either side of the shelf which I store books on. Section on right has another shelf. Some wear and tear and marks on the top (as shown in photo) but overall good condition and very sturdy. VINTAGE retro Teachers SCHOOL desk black £50 ono

Lovely vintage school teachers desk. I think it is oak or another mid coloured wood. It has been painted in black gloss and previously in other colours. Really sturdy desk. Measures 122cm wide x 60cm deep x 72cm high. No key for drawer but it isn't locked. The top is covered in a softer material, possibly leather. It is the original top and us quite marked.
