Retro leather armchair (chair, orange, swivel/fixed)

I am selling my retro orange soft leather armchair which has a swivel function which I have fixed into place (it can be turned back to swivel function easily). The chair is in fantastic condition. I am selling it because I need the space in the bedroom. It is about 4 years old, purchased special order (for the colour) from Harvey’s. I paid £800 for it. It has sat in a smoke/pet free home and out of the sunlight for the whole time, and I periodically have applied leather softener to ensure it has never dried out (which I will include in the sale). Truly unique, this thing looks amazing. I am gutted to be having to sell it. The only thing I need to point out (and it is very very minor) is that the leather is slightly worn where the chair has sometime swivelled onto a nearby wall.
