This easy to sail yacht was built in by Febris Marine of Essex. I purchased it in from a man who had a sturdy galvanized trailer made to fit this bilge keel yacht. Since then the trailer has had £600 spent on it to renew running parts. The Yacht had push pit and pulpit rails also guard wires which makes it better for groups to use. Then new mast and boom in in with new rigging and warps as required. A main sail also purchased. Then in a furling jib and forestay was fitted which is great down wind sailing and watch the waves roll behind you, WoW ! So to sail, boxy sections provide stability as the wind pipes up. Since then the trailer has had £600 spent on it to renew running parts. The Yacht had new mast and boom in in with new rigging and warps as required.New main and jib sail. Then in a furling jib and forestay was made and installed. As I have owned it so long you just keep fitting it out as required. But now is the time to pass on this confident little yacht with its big sitting and sleeping areas for up to four persons. I purchased a new Honda 5hp engine in which was very useful to have a reliable power unit. This will not be with the sale, as I may require it ! So to sail, her boxy sections provide stability as the wind pipes up. The way she leans on a chine in the gusts is most reasassuring.
