Self filling water trough and natural shelter. It will be upto the owner of the horses kept on the land to maintain the fencing and grazing. Mobile field shelters and stables are allowed on the land if they are on skids riding is also allowed in the fields. Max of 3 horses £300 PER month and a £300 deposit is also required for any damages and any rent arrears if that wasn't to happen.
