Solid mahogany throughout, and now painted with 'Neptune' kitchen paint - colour, honed slate, a very durable paint used by the up-market kitchen manufacturers. Re-upholstered with 'John Lewis' fabric. The drop-in seat lifts out easily, to reveal the circular cut-out to hold a bowl, but unfortunately not with original bowl. Victorian Ladies restored and traditionally re-upholstered bedroom chair

Beautiful Victorian ladies bedroom/parlour chair. This little chair has been lovingly restored to it's former glory. It has been traditionally re-upholstered and deep buttoned in a glorious rich gold fabric with leaf design It stands 33" tall from the floor to the top of the back. The seat is 20" wide and 20" deep and from the floor to the top of the leg it is 9" So intricate and pretty. Original porcelain casters, one has been repaired but this does not detract from the chair's beauty. There has been a professional repair to one of the back legs and again this does not notice. Restored British Heritage Cast Iron Lamp Post with Victorian Copper or Stainless Steel Lantern, Restored cast iron lamp posts originally manufactured between , by John M Moorwood fabrications of Sheffield. These we're prominent pieces of street architecture, that are currently being removed in favour of modern lighting. These are all unique in their own way as production methods and tolerances don't meet modern standards, but this adds character to each individual post. Approximate lamp post sizes are a length of 11'6" with 22" being below ground and 9'10" above ground. Ladder T-bars are about 36" wide and have several end cap variations. Lantern tops are 33" tall and 15" at the widest point. The Lamp Posts have been stripped to remove the many layers of old paint and rust. They are then coated in red oxide primer to protect from future rusting and can be finished in either standard colours black, green, red, white, antique white, blue or navy. Other colours can be available at request and may be at an increased buyer cost.Lantern tops are of medium/large size and can be chosen in either copper or stainless steel. They can be fitted with 1/2" threaded bulb holder (Not Included) if you would like to turn these into a working electric light. Unique, restored office chair with revolving and tilt mechanism. Made in Wales.

A unique, revolving/tilting Captain's chair, completely restored with leather seat cover brass studs, new padding and webbing. Cast iron mechanism totally original. Made in Cardiff (date unknown) the maker's in situ brass plate states 'Morgan & Co.,The Hayes, Cardiff'. I no longer have room for this lovely piece of Welsh history. I think it is probably a man's chair for its overall style and wide, deep seat. The chair also has a link to the Port of Felixstowe which is where I found it, rescued it and had it restored about 30 years ago. Please note - not on castors.
