Tudor 12th Scale Dollshouse

This lovely tudor dolls house, I turned into a pub, shop and restaurant, The pub is called the greyhound, it has a bar complete with bottles, glasses, it also has tables and chairs and has a lovely old fireplace, and comes complete with landlord and landlady and an old man with a beer glass in his hand and a pipe. The shop is a bridal shop which has lots of bridal accessories including undies and a cupboard section at the back which has bottles, bags and boxes etc, it has a glass unit with a jewel selection. And many other items included. The restaurant upstairs has a tudor theme, which includes a fireplace, tables and chairs which has a rose fabric incorporated in it and one wall is done in wood tudor style also includes king henry 8th and some of his wives in framed photos. There is also a kitchen at the end of that floor, and there is a ladies and gents toilets the gents even has a man sitting on the toilet reading a newspaper. The floor above is mainly unfinished so someone has plenty of scope to turn it into what ever they would like. The house has been put together and added tudor effect beams, also some brick work has been added to the bottom, the roof has been partially tiled and some bricks and tiles will be given with it to try and continue what has been done so far. This comes complete with all the furniture so is a real bargain as the house alone cost over £230 flat packed with nothing more than uncovered wood for the beams. Overall size is 103 cms width x 75 cms high x 56 cms depth. It also has lighting in most of the rooms, some bricks and roof tiles are included. hi, what we have here is a gorgeous wooden dolls house in 12th scale miniature size. completely hand made from the beginning to the very end, it offers 4 fully furnished rooms and a gorgeous staircase with the carpet held down with the proper styled brass stair rods. it has a dining room all laid out with the fine china and proper amenities, we have a cook making the meal for the family while the butler is serving drinks. the bedroom is beautifully set out also as it would have been at the time, the sitting room is where the family currently sit in its beautiful setting. all the rooms and the staircase come with everything you would need in a house of that date, from a mouse in the cats mouth, pots and pans all set out, family pictures on the walls, fine china set out on the big dining table, the cook has all her food set out and stuff in the oven and they are all dressed to the Georgian style and there is much much more to see, it really is a beautiful house, in the attic there is space for you to add your own addition or you can leave it as it is. there is 6 dolls also. the house has been done to a very high standard and would do for a mature child or more commonly an adult. its a great conversation piece. the sizes are 37" high, 14" depth and it is 27" wide. all inches of course for people that don't know what the small dots are for next to the numbers. this house can only be collected so don't think about it too long, I think this one will go fast. viewings for all our different houses at home are available. thank you Ad ID: Delivery Service Consumer Credit
