4yr yellow Labrador requires new home

Beautiful neutered male yellow Labrador requires a new home. He is 4yrs old and a utter dream to own. Writing this advert is truly the most awful thing I have ever had to do. He knows a whole list of commands and is such a genious with all the love in the world to give. He is good with other dogs and with children He is a absolute gentlemen all of the time and would need a home where he will never ever be left alone. Unfortunately he suffers from servre separation anxiety which means If he is left he will/can be very destructive. He also has some stomach issues so needs to be fed on specific diet. we have recently been advised he may also be starting with slight arthritis which is common for a dog of his size. Due to family and work commitments him living with us is only making his issues worse. Gorgeous, loving female cat requires new forever home

Very sadly we are looking for a new forever home for our cat. We adopted her from a friend 6 months ago because she was scared of her little children. Unfortunately (although we've tried everything) she will not completely settle with us as she is petrified of our other cats. She really need a home with no other animals or young children. She is spayed, microchipped, flead and wormed. She is a very friendly loving cat who would love to sit on your lap all day. She does go outside but spends the majority of her time inside. Up for sale is my male green iguana, Unfortunately due to being forced to find a new home i am unable to keep him. He is "Tame" to a point, he is skittish when entering his viv but once he is out hes fine and settles almost instantly, I believe with some further work he would be brilliant he is still in affect a baby. He eats like a trooper twice a day (varied diet of kale, grapes, pepper, carrot and apples) He's very active and very healthy! We do allow him to roam and don't have a problem when trying to get him back in his viv. I do have a 6x2x2 complete set up (ceramic bulb, stat, 10% uv strip with starter, bowls etc) which can go with him for an extra cost. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me. Im having to sell my lovely iguana rebel due to my health being bad and i cannot give him the time he needs i would like him to go to a forever home.
