Cat needing rehomed

We reluctantly need to rehome our cat as we now have a baby and a toddler and and we just can't look after him anymore. He's 15 years old and a lovely cat but he has diabetes, for which he gets insulin twice a day so you would need to be prepared to give him this. We will pay for all insulin, food and any medical bills for as long as he needs them. He has always been a house cat but he likes to go outside in our garden but never ventures any further.
