Rehome Budgie & Cockateil & set up

I need to rehome my pair of cage mates Phil (Budgie) & Coco (Cockatiel) as we are not giving them the time and attention they deserve. My partner works nights too. We would like them to go to a good home preferably together but can split if necessary. Both reasonably hand tame however as mentioned, we don't give them as much time as they used to get from us.
