Charlie is 14.1 hh. He's just started jumping. He's easy to do, good manners in the stable and under saddle. He's good to box, shoe and clip and is up to date with his jabs and the dentist. He's not a plod and wouldn't suit a novice....he needs a rider. He's been on fun rides, goes through the rivers, on the beach and is fab in traffic. APACHE - Lovely 12 years old German breed gelding

Apache is a lovely 12 years old gelding. He is approximately 14.2hh and the most kindly pony i ever knew. He comes originally from Germany and is barefoot. I own Apache since two years in which I hardly could ride him. We had a racehorse-jockey who worked with him and had ridden him a few times a week. Apache is a really difficult pony as it comes to riding him as he is really nervous and unreliable but you can do anything else with him. You can cuddle him, brush him, lunge him and everything you can think of. He will love you. His problem is that he knows all the things he needs to be a good pony but forgets everything as a rider gets on him. Because he is really difficult and a bit dangerous to ride, I'll sale him as a companion pony. I wish a good home for him where he can get the love he deserves as he is the kindest, loveliest and gorgeous pony I know. I would trust him with my life as long as I'm not riding him. He is/was my best friend for two years and helped me a lot in life. He is fine with dogs, mares or other geldings. He needs a lot of love and maybe somewhere out there is a rider who could bring out the best of him. I'm unfortunately not a good enough rider as he needs it. He is only being used as a companion, so is being wasted and he is too much for my old horses. He loves being groomed, loves attention, very good to be handled, feet etc. You do something with him twice and then he just seems to accept it. He has been lunged, but just have not had the time for him. He is wormed, feet done once a month and up to date with tetanus injections. He lives in or out, very good in a stable. Good doer. We have had Felix for 2 years now. He is a lovely allrounder and has done a bit of everything with us. He has done some fun rides, show jumping, lessons, cross country, lots of hacking, beach rides and schooling. He doesn’t have any vices, is easy to load, shoe, good to catch, hacks in front or behind, alone or in company and is never too strong. He is not in any way fizzy and would suit either a happy hacker, mother/daughter share or somebody who wants to have fun on an allrounder. He can work nicely on the bit and has nice paces for a cob. He is excellent in all traffic including big tractors and lorries. He is a very honest jumper and will help you out off any stride. He rarely refuses a jump. He could progress a lot more in all 3 phases as we haven’t had much time to do things with him due to school commitments and a busy family life. He would make a great pony/riding club eventer.
