Cheap caravan in Spain, 2 min to beach, Costa Calma, Denia
Complete with main awning and seperate kitchen awning, my sited Hergo Reno touring caravan needs a new owner. Bought here at Camping Los Llanos, I have a receipt of purchase, but it has no documents. I bought it to do up, but apart from a few bits, I haven't done much. So being old, there's some signs of wear and tear to the awnings, especially around the skirting, all can be repaired, just needs a little TLC. The main outlay will be to fix or replace two windows, and if you like sewing, the kitchen entrance needs the zip doing. Most of the issues are superficial. It's a nice place with a good vibe. The beaches are amazing, the site is surrounded by beautiful trees. It's not Benidorm. There are bug blinds but they need fixing (throw or repair). There's a loo, but it needs plumbing in. There's a 2-hob gas burner and sink, never used and still have blue film on. Awning would benefit from replacing, just lino, and the kitchen floor, unfortunately has a tree root trying to impose? There's plenty of space to move it. I just live with it. There's a 6-hob gas oven in the kitchen and full-size sink and plenty of worktop space, bit rickety. You can live in it quite comfortably while you decide how you want to transform it. I've adopted the beach-shack look so far:) Sold as seen. Specific location is between Denia and Oliva. I've priced it cheap enough to cover the repairs and still be good value. It's a reluctant sale. There's friendly expats and other nationalities here, popular with Spanish too. Site has a pool and bar, heated showers etc. It's a relaxed place; fees are the best I've come across, but you'll have to speak with the office about things like that. If you want to take it away, you have to come and take it apart, etc. Sorry, but I don't think it would be easy (not impossible) to move, it hasn't bee moved in a while and hasn't been road tested, it's not priced so. But that's up to you. Plenty of scope to add value, a lovely little home for anyone needing something affordable on the coast. Read more
