Pony club/games/hacking mare 12.2hh 13 y/o Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am having to sell my lovely Smartie, through no fault of her own. She is the loveliest, sweetest wee girl you'll ever meet. 100% in the heaviest, fastest, loudest traffic. (Regularly hacked on 60mph roads and hardly anyone slows down) Never bats an eyelid. Forward going but safe and fantastic brakes. Loads and travels a dream; excellent for farrier (barefoot, amazing feet); good to do in all ways. Practically free to keep! Has been used in the past as a lead rein pony and has been brilliant but has also been an exceptional small adults pony. She is extremely responsive. She's completely safe but wouldn't recommend for novices just because she's forward and responsive which could make her seem sharp. I don't jump but she has been used as a jumping pony and has also been used for PC games, and excelled! No vices. I love this wee girl and this is a very sad sale, so home extremely important. 14.1hh welsh d bombproof suitable pony club alrounder pony

14.1hh 13 year old registered Welsh D gelding Rotherdale Viscount Ollie is a fantastic, stunning little pony, I cannot fault him in any way. He is very laid back & is not fazed by the slightest thing! He is good as gold to handle on the ground, clip, travel, load for the farrier, dentist etc. Stands lovely and quietly for whatever you ask of him. He is literally worth his weight in gold! I have had total novices on him including a 6 year old who was having regular lessons on him. I have showjumped Ollie, and he has shown great scope (as shown in photos) but since he was jumping more regularly he developed a more flatter jump, so does not cat leap anymore, and has a lovely comfy jump. He has done fantastic at dressage and has created some lovely scores! He is a bombproof hack, does not spook at anything unnecessary, canters beautifully in open fields & more than happy to be left behind or held back. Never gets strong or silly. Fantastic in heavy traffic, farm machinery, bikes, lorries, etc. He is a kick along ride unless you get someone on him that's knows how to push his buttons and make him work. He can be ridden in a hanging cheek snaffle or a Dutch gag as he always falls asleep when he is being ridden and can be a bit hard to turn if you have a child who cannot use their legs to back up the hands! But he is mostly ridden in a loose ring snaffle. Laid back at shows with and without company - does not call or get stressed. I genuinely think this pony would be a fantastic pony club pony for a competent child wanting to go out and compete and have good fun & parents not having to worry about their child not being safe! Ollie will not only keep your child safe but he will bring home the red rosettes! He has done various activities from le trec, beach rides, xc, sj, mounted games, horseball etc. This is a completely heartbreaking sale but work commitments & family problems are pushing me to the limit and I can just simply no longer cope. 5* home only & a lifetime home will have priority over anyone else! Very forward going girl but with amazing brakes! Touch button ride - moves off the leg, neck reins, stops on voice cue. Turns on a dime and jumps anything put in front of her. Ridden bitless (in a side pull - the most gentle kind of bitless bridle) but snaffle mouthed in the past. 13hh Welsh C pony club Mare

Sweetie is a 15 yr old 13hh registered Welsh Section C dun mare. Unfortunately my son has outgrown Sweetie and so it is time for her to find another mum or dad to look after. She has been with us for the last 2 1/2 yrs going to pony club, showing, showjumping, hunter trials, tetrathlon and dressage. She is more of a second pony but saying that she is very loving and has taught my son loads, she is up to date with teeth, back, vacs and worming. Sweetie is good to catch (especially for my 11 yr old), clip (apart from her face!) and shoe (barefoot). She is happy jumping up to 75cm nearly always coming home with a rosette, does not bat an eyelid at mounted games equipment, my son can even wave the flag over her face and she just stands there! XC she is happier sticking to cm and below and always gets above 60% on her dressage scores! Unfortunately we had issues loading her recently but with a Monty Roberts headcollar on she is fine. Yogi is a lovely little mare who always turns heads. Dapple grey with a black mane and black legs. Stands 12.2 and has her LHC at cm. She was foaled in . She has show jumped BS with us (JC), done Pony Club Tetrathlon, rallies and BS academy, always happy and willing, not a 'running off' pony you can put your leg on her but you don't need to keep kicking, ideal for my very nervous 9 year old daughter who she has given her confidence back to. Recently come back into Pole Work, Hasn't been jumped in a while, but has competed to 3ft 3 in SJ. Jumped recently on Lunge with flying colours. Loves XCountry- I expect would just needs rider to develop her confidence a little as hasn't done in the last 2 yrs. Linnie is so eager to work and have fun, she can have a very slight tendency to have 1 or 2 little exciteable buck on the very rare occasion - I can assure you This is only during spring, and are excitement- 100% Not aggression! But this is why I would not advise for a first Pony- with frequent exercise and a field big enough to roam in with friends, this would not occur. Perfect on road, perfect to hack and loves a good gallop! Hooves trimmed every 6 weeks and perfect condition, good to load, dentist, groom, behaviour with all ages. Fearful of clippers, but ok with sedation. She has never had a bad experience, just sensitive to the sound. No health problems but is Allergic to Coconut Oil!! This was used for a week on dry skin after a clip, her skin reacted badly resulting in loss of hair. This has since grown back. Vet advised it is a very rare allergy. Tack and all season rugs included!! I have owned this Mare for 10 years, and is quite simply my best friend. This is a beyond heartbreak sale for me. This decision has taken me 3 years and the only reason for sale is she simply needs more than what I can give as my interests have altered. Since the loss of a friend in a horse accident while competing a few years ago, my confidence decreased which has left a knock on affect on her limiting her potential.
