6 x hand (?) embroidered tablecloths of varying sizes, think they're possibly from the s/50s. Sorry about rubbish photos, but you're welcome to view. 5 VINTAGE EMBROIDERED TABLECLOTHS Five embroidered tablecloths of varying sizes – the one with circles and arches of flowers is 34 x 30 ins; the crinoline lady feeding birds is 34 x 31 ins; the daisy flowers is 33 x 32 ins; the two larger ones, the baskets of flowers is 50 x 48 ins and the lilac vases 45 ins square – all sizes are approximate. A couple have small holes in them and there are some random marks, the cloth with the lilacs on has the most prominent mark (see photos). The embroidery is still bright and crisp – the crinoline lady has some loss of stitches. They are not pristine, but are still pretty good condition for their age. These vintage linen cloths have exquisite hand worked inserts and borders with drawn thread work on the larger one. 24 tablecloths in a cotton-polyester blend (size 50X72 inches). I organised a very DIY wedding which in theory is great but in practice doesn't come without it's... surprises.
