We are selling a 5 man Wild Country Homestead 5 tent. Only selling as we have outgrown it! It was bought when we were just a couple + a dog. Our family has now grown to include 2 kids, & with my aspiration of using it to camp abroad for a fortnights holiday, its no longer big enough for us (although it has been perfect for between 1-4 nights). The tent comes in 3 bags comprising poles, outer fly & inner fly. A couple of poles are bent (see photo), but doesn't affect use. I forgot to take internal photos, so have pulled off a couple of internet images. Internally there are 2 side doors, & a large area, where the front can open up with the use of 2 poles to create an indoor/outdoor area. There are 2 zipped bedroom compartments with fly sheets. At the end of a long day out all you want is to quickly get your tent up, get a brew on and chill out and because the Hoolie can be pitched as one, with the inner and outer connected it goes up very quickly. Simply insert the colour coded poles, peg out the front of the tent, pull the rear pegging points to tension the tent and peg out the back. The flysheet is made from lightweight, fully waterproof PU coated ripstop polyester with a mm hydrostatic head (the standard for waterproofing is mm) and the tough, waterproof groundsheet is made from a more durable ripstop polyester that is PU coated to give a mm hydrostatic head. The twin poles are made from Superflex Alloy, a strong lightweight material that remains strong and durable when under tension and throughout repeated flexing. Each pole is colour coordinated to match the corresponding pole sleeve which makes pitching the tent even easier.
