Race proven Ex HRS Racing BIZ Pro Kart with two Honda GX160 engines and Kelgate braking system. Unfortunately I don't get the time to use it and it will be a shame to leave such a competitive kart laying around. I bought it and matched up all the bolts, gave it a general tidy up used it once for practice and in one IKR and have cleaned and maintained it after each time in regards to the bearings and chains. Chassis, brakes and steering: - BIZ chassis in good condition, straight, never welded and handles great especially in the wet. - GRP undertray. - Big front panel. - Tillett seat, think it's a small/medium. - Suede steering wheel and ally boss. - Jet wheels with worn Bridgestone YDS tyres. Ok for practice but will need new to be competitive. £90 a set. - Axle bearings are incredible, barely any resistance and the axle spins for a good while. - Kelgate brake setup. £700+ worth new. Works perfectly and is in good condition with one IKR race old pads. Engines: - Two Honda gx160 RPM built engines. - 36 teeth brand new Renthal sprockets. - One is a T1 engine and the other is a T2. - Both start first or second pull. £500. No offers. Tony kart petrol go-kart A little rough around the edges, mainly from bad storage. Could do with some TLC but running fine as a fun-kart/car park racer. Genuine Honda gx270 engine with factory fitted 2:1 reduction gearbox engine has been de-governed and fitted with proper kart exhaust and pulse fuel pump with center tank. Running 428 (motorbike size) chain and sprockets. The 2:1 ratio box uses a wet clutch (like a car) so is a far more robust set-up than a normal dry kart clutch, ideal for heavier drivers, hill starts etc. (most public kart tracks use these) Seat is a XL It does have a few issues: Rear magnesium wheels are badly damaged, also needs a replacement steering column bottom bearing as there is some play. Crack in the brake disc but works as is (Biz branded kelgate system) Air intake could do with some some attention, but working. Spare used axle and pull start assembly included.
