Launched 4-years ago after a 3-year build to the highest standard using oversized oak frames, Douglas fir stringers and BS marine ply. Hull is sheathed in multiple layers of glass cloth and also extensive use of epoxy resin in bilge and uppers. Full building reports and hundreds of pictures of build available on disc with build-completion report and recent insurance valuation. 90hp Honda fitted with low hours from Lough Erne, 10-hrs use in Irish Sea. The Flatacraft Force 5 is one of the strongest, best handling and properly made 6m Ribs on the market and this example is in good condition. With a simple layout comprising a two-man jockey steering console/seat (additional bench and jockey seats available at extra cost) a double stainless A frame with lights and a built in 70 litre stainless fuel tank, plus a galvanised trailer. The Mariner 75hp 4-stroke has power trim/tilt and pushes the craft comfortable at over 30 knots yet will cruise comfortably and economically at 25 knots. This is a tough great handling craft that is equally suitable as a family sports/ski/wake boarding boat as it is a serious long distance cruising craft which imparts a feeling of security when the going gets tough.
