Hello, I have about 200+m2 of this very nice 9” X 3” solid Oak wood block reclaimed from an old city firms office. It has a hard brittle bitumen on the back so can be laid straight away and then just a light sand and finish in a clear hard wax oil will make this an amazing show piece floor. @£36 per m2. Can deliver in and around London for small charge.

Lovely fire surround. Just the right balance of classic structure and nice proportions with just a wee bit hand crafted embellishment. I got this a few years ago but can't use it properly. Antique vintage reclaimed butcher’s block I have not cleaned it up as I thought someone more expert might be best to do it. The measurements are Height to the top of the block 83cm Width 41cm Depth 41cm It has large metal rods through it and it seems that at some point the holes where these rods go were covered with like a hard / shell / plastic or other material covering (the cream disc you can see) there are two of these still on. I have no idea how old it is but based on one similar but not the same that I saw on the net it could be back to the early 's but this one I saw was't exactly the same but similar with rods through it. So thats just my guess it could be much older or much younger. would appreciate if anyone knew and could tell me. I am asking £180 for it as it is as is and could do with a TLC clean up but as I don't know how old it is haven't dared clean it as some people prefer things in original state.
