Epiphone Les Paul Classic Gibson guitar rare birds eye Maple Samick

Really nice guitar, just more of an SG guy myself! All original except straplocks added and output socket/mount replaced. Made in the Samick Factory in , before Epiphone moved production to China. The Samick years are known for excellent quality compared to later years. Has a beautiful and rather rare birds eye Maple top. Excellent condition for age - usual wear and tear. Couple of knocks on the side of the body, worst of which I've tried to show in the photos. Frets are not worn, electronics are good and action is low. Hand built luthier made double cut les Paul with EMG 81, like Gibson, epiphone

A very unique guitar, I have no idea who made it originally and neither did the person I got it from although it is made to a very high quality, it is just worn from playing although I like that aesthetic. If you are wanting a pristine guitar this is not for you, it has a lot of character and shows it. It has a mahogany body and set mahogany neck, with ebony fretboard with a 25.5" scale length. A comfortable Ibanez Gibraltar bridge and what I think are old Schaller locking tuners along with an EMG 81 make this guitar very aggressive with great sustain from the mahogany. The neck is nice and round but not too thick, with the unfinished stain making it very fast to play compared to sticky gloss necks. The main bits of damage and wear can be seen in the photos although the finish is generally worn all over. Ad ID: Delivery Service Consumer Credit

Here is a rare opertunity to aquire one of these rare gold top deluxe les pauls. This is 1 of only 400 made so pretty hard to get hold of, the guitar has spent most of its life inside its black gibson hard case so is in very very good order just a couple of marks round the rear strap button that are to small to photograph. The finish is the old style antique gold much revered by gibson fans and is starting to laquer crack in one or two places and really gives it that vintage look. Everything good about gibson is in this guitar and its a bloody belter. One piece mahogany back and neck,matched maple cap, green keys, the binding round the headstock is rarely seen on les pauls now. The mini humbuckers are nice, plenty of grunt without going muddy and ultra clear. Weight of this is remarkably light and is a joy to play its one of those you can put round your shoulder and play all night without getting any neck strain. Any way enough babbling on, its only up for swap as i play my r7 more now as i dont want to mark this one. Not up for grabs very often so going up in price all the time every time they are listed, last one for sale i saw was on reverb a couple of years ago in the states at . Gibson Les Paul Less+ in Desert Burst The Less+ has a slightly thinner/lighter body than your usual Les Paul, but still has a nice chunky neck so you don't loose any of that great Les Paul sustain and tone. The top on this one is gorgeous - and it's never been gigged so no dents or marks - but please note that there is some checking in the nitrocellulose lacquer finish on the top of the guitar. Hank Marvin (The Shadows) Stratocaster – This is a guitar crafted for me by a respected Luthier to my specifications. The body is a two-piece alder crafted to Fender’s own specification and finished in Fiesta Red by Northwest Guitars. These are manufactured as near to Fender’s specifications as possible and are compatible with original Fender parts. Northwest Guitars also spend a lot of time on their colours; especially the early 50's ones like this one in Fiesta Red to ensure aesthetic authenticity. The neck is in beautiful birds eye maple as was Hank’s original guitar, and was crafted by WD Music who are licensed by Fender. It does have a Fender decal on the headstock but it is a Luthier crafted guitar. The white scratch plate and electrics including Sky pickups are manufactured by Dongho Electronics of Korea who also make Kent Armstrong pickups. (Distributed by WD Music). The guitar has been crafted with gold coloured hardware to emulate the complete Hank Marvin look. The tuners are Gotoh and the strings are Fender nickel-plated steel.L Light). There is a very small blemish on the fretboard between the third and fourth frets on the fifth string, it is hard to see but a photo is included for the sake of honesty. The guitar is housed in a moulded aluminum hard case manufactured by Spider,which affords superb protection to it. For sale here is a Gibson Les Paul Standard in Heritage Cherry Sunburst. This guitar features a chambered mahogany body, maple cap, mahogany neck and a rosewood fretboard with 22 frets. It has two Burstbucker Pro pickups that each have an independent volume and tones with a standard three way pick up selector. As this is a spec there is no push-pull pots so this is straightforward in this respect. To complete the changes this has the locking Grove keystone tuners; the locking Neutrik jack; and the tone pros locking bridge set up. This guitar comes with its original black snakeskin Gibson hard case together with its original scratchplate. The scratchplate has not been fitted so no hols have been drilled. This allows you to make the decision as to whether you like scratchplates on Les Paul's or not. I am open to trade/part exs for this guitar and am mainly interested in PRSs, Fenders, Gibsons and Mansons. Despite this guitar having a case I will not ship this guitar (this guitar has had no neck breaks and I would like it to stay that way!) and therefore this advert is collection only.
