  BAINES BIKE FRAME RARE CLASSIC RACING ROAD

ORIGINAL BAINES FRAME Late 's 23" BAINES road frame which is in sound condition with nice lugwork but will need a respray at some point or use as is. There is one v small dent on the top tube which will require filling if you desire. It includes a clip type headset. Merlin Rocket Racing Dinghy

Phil Morrison designed "Hooligan" first measured in so eligible for some classic events. This boat was stripped and re-decked in so is in sound condition but would benefit from additional coats of varnish. It has been dry stored over the winter in my garage. It has a good jib but the main is very old but usable for training. (Several people at my club offered me good club racing mains for under £100). There is a spinnaker but I haven't used it. It has the lines and pole but needs tubes to hold the pole attaching to the boom according to your preference. It comes on a combi-trailer which appears to be in good condition. Rare Hypolon Inflatible Dinghy

This rare Achilles inflatable dinghy is made from Hypolon, not the usual PVC. Hypolon is very strong and has more resistance to the sun. It is large being 280 L X 135 W X 36 H approx and has 3 separate inflatable tubes. It has two cross seats (only forward fixed seat shown in upright photo (I forgot to put the rear seat in and deflated dinghy before I noticed!). It comes with a 140 cm long spray cover to keep things dry, outboard bracket, optional 4 section folding solid floor, Hypolon repair kit, foot pump and 2 two captive oars (one upper section has been replaced with wood). The dinghy is in good condition, has no leaks and retains pressure. It has had a extra piece of Hypolon stuck to the base to protect the underside from puncture when landing on shingle etc (see underside photo). Tideway 12ft Classic Sailing Dinghy

Traditional 12ft gunter rigged clinker dinghy. Very sound condition. The mahogany on oak clinker hull has been stripped and re-varnished, and the mahogany rubbing strakes replaced. During the season she has been moored off Pin Mill and antifouled, and currently has primer below the waterline. "First Watch" was built by L H Walker and Son around . She has a recent set of red Jeckells sails, fixed bilge pump, good bouyancy, anchor, oars, boathook, an oldish winter cover and a good combi trailer/trolley for easy launching and recovery. She is a delight to sail, either single handed or with friends, and very sea worthy. For cruising there is good storage fore and aft. There is an excellent Tideway Owner's Association. Classic wooden enterprise sailing dinghy. Was used last season, but now in need of a little TLC. She is an old boat and I have tried to show her condition in the photos. I don't have the skills or the time to do the repairs. Comes with main sail, jib sail (both in good conditions), cover, rudder, tiller and trailer (but not the launching trolley shown in the photos). The trailer has done less than 150 miles since the wheel bearings were replaced. Located at Starcross Yacht Club where she can be viewed by arrangement. She is worth more than I am asking in parts alone, so If she doesn't sell I will be sadly be breaking her. Please save her!
