ANTIQUE CAST IRON FIREPLACE FURNITURE -EDWARDIAN in

I am having a Spring cleanout of stuff that I have accumulated over the years. I have here, a "claw" type poker combined with an ordinary poker and a pair of tongs. These all sit in a iron stand that looks as if it used to hold something else(possibly a small shovel) at one time. This is quite heavy as it is all cast iron with a sort of semi circle mark all over it,but mostly the stand. Any questions, do not hesitate to email me. I will post sizes later on. This would look great in a period house with a big fire place.

Rare Antique Cast Iron Charlemagne Plaque - c

Impressive cast iron plaque/relief of Charlemagne, the first Holy Roman Emperor. Inscribed 'Carolus Magnus' in Latin. We believe it's German, and dates . It's 17.5" high, 8" wide and weighs about 5kg. Has a hook on the back for wall hanging. Really interesting religious piece, and from what I can see, pretty rare, especially in such good condition. I took the pics with a flash - it's actually a bit darker than appears in most of these pictures.
