To fit anything from 13HH to 16.2HH Features ************ *- Fully adjustable/removable shafts. *- 4 full metal with solid rubber wheels. (no fear of flat tires.) *- Swing tree bar *- Foot brake for driver (shaped like a horse shoe) (cable brakes) *- Whip holder *- Mounting foot step on both sides to gain access to driving seat. *- Back step for easier access to the back seating. *- Under driver seat storage.
