It has 2 x NEW Steel wheels, 3 x New tubes (1 Spare), wood seats replaced, 2 tone silver wrap on outside/inside, new carpet, updated kitchen unit (needs top finishing, wood supplied), galvanised towing a frame with built in spirit level, needs the odd clip & elastic band for inner tents, comes with Awning, poles, & inner roof canopy, no instructions but can give facebook site for them. I know there is a tear in the awning above the door & 1 in photo which is hidden behind the storage box on the front.
