JB Shelters are selling ready made panels and components in the form of full self build kit so you can build your own shelter at half the cost and half the stress of sourcing quality timbers and materials. All our panels are made using 4 x 2 cls timber including noggins placed at 600mm spacing and then cladded with 19mm x 125mm redwood shiplap. Shelter Kit comes with materials to build a Pent roof however we can supply materials for an Apex Roof at a reasonably increased cost. All timbers are fully treated and are made with anti corrosion timber screws and nails we add a double layer of plastic damp proof added at the bottom of each frame. We supply a detailed instruction sheet with every kit to help you erect your build and are always at the end of the phone and happy to help should you have any problems during the project. Its really solid, it has a stable door made out of T&G and extra guttering to collect rain water. It has 18mm osb kickboards half way up the stable inside throughout. It has an extra strength pitched roof, made from corrugated onduline roof sheets, all the timber is pressure treated. It is made from the best top quality timber, strong structure - not your average cheap type of shelter - first to see will buy. It is very easy to dismantle, 4 sides, kickboards, and the roof, it would go on the back of an open van or in a large horse wagon.
