Beautiful TB - Easy Project

Dark bay TB 6 Years old 15.3hh Prince is a beautiful horse inside and out. Loves attention and hugs from people. My friend has owned him for about 2 years where she hasnt done much with him. He was backed and ridden away previous to her owning him. I started training him slowly back in March where he was learning very quickly. All he needs is a confident rider to push him through "scary" situations. Over the past few months he has jumped around 70cm with scope to go so much bigger, again just needs confidence. He has jumped basic XC jumps (around 70cm) proving to be surprisingly brave over them. He has also qualified for ESUK doing Intro and Prelim dressage. He has lovely paces so i think he could excel in this discipline. Never been clipped (due to coming into work this year). Hasnt been hacked out due to being based on a busy road and owner thinks this would be a bad start to his hacking education. Good to trim (needs sedating for shoeing although i think this could be worked on if someone has the experience). Good to bathe, travel etc. He would make a fantastic alrounder/dressage horse for somone who has the experience to bring on young horses. Little Project TB - Priced to Sell.

Location: Currently in Mow Cop with Andrew Downes but will be in Cheshire from Saturday. Project TB, 6yrs old, 16hh, unraced but ROR eligible. Reg & Passported with weatherbys. Perfect to clip/load/travel/catch and a dope to handle but can be excited to turnout. When worked everyday with a sensitive but confident rider is brilliant, however if not can be sharp and spooky. Will buck and has napped with me but not with professional rider. Can be nervous in busy environments. I bought this horse for myself to bring on, but unfortunately have over horsed myself and I haven’t been able to keep up his education and I can’t do him justice. I don’t have the time for him due to work commitments. Been to Somerford/Kelsall and jumped round 90/1m SJ/XC, water/ditches etc. Also been to camp and was perfectly behaved. Megan is a lovely 7 yr old (technically 8 this year but was foaled in September) 15.1hh TB X COB. I bought her as a ridden companion for my baby whilst she was away on holiday but she is about to come back in to work, she's a lovely horse she is always perfect to handle on the ground babies can go and cuddle her in the field and she loves it, she is good to ride but i would say she would suit a lad or a girl/adult who is strong minded and experienced as she will occasionally throw in a buck (being honest) and if she is allowed to get away with it she will try. She has never done this with my partner though. She jumps 3ft with ease. She will make a cracking little show jumper!! She will school on the flat but it does need some work, she's good to hack nothing fazes her she will happily stand by the train track waiting for the train no problem. Up to date with her jabs. She is not a novice ride not at all! And will not be sold to anyone who is going to pass her around or I feel are novices. Just Magical weatherbys passported TB mare, project in

16.2 bay TB mare, good doer lives happily out all year. She is off the field as was turned away for the winter. She is a nice chunky eye catching mare with no lumps bumps or scars. She is older at 19 but still has many years left in her as she has been looked after all her life. She raced for about five years and was placed and has been a broodmare. Unlike some ex racers she works well under saddle understands leg yeilding and hacks alone or in company gets a little excited in the open but has brakes. I think she will make a nice show prospect or dressage. There is however a down side, Magic is not for a novice, she is a project and can be dominant and has a nice line in face pulling. She is unshod at the moment and unfit. She is bombproof with dogs traffic etc but will need you to give her confidence with the dreaded plastic bags etc. She is not great to shoe but loads well and really prefers to be out all year. This mare has a lot of potential as a project or ridded companion and deserves more than me. In all honesty we are not a great match hence why she is for sale and priced as she is. I need something more family friendly and Magic deserves a lot more attention and work than she is getting. She turns out well with others but can be bossy when food is around. As I said she is dominant but intelligent and a quick learner. No novices. Comes with rugs teeth done and back done.

Alfie 15.2hh Fresian x TB between 5-7years old Dark brown/black Alfie is for sale as a project as he was advertised as a riding and quiet and was only unsuitable for novices because he was earshy but unfortunately that was not true. Alfie's good points: • He is a beautiful boy with lovely paces, as seen through lunging. • He can be very gentle in the stable and loves a cuddle • Loves to be groomed and pampered • Has great prospect with the right home • He is a lovely character and really wants to try and please and be gentle Alfies riding history: • When viewing Alfie, excuses were made about a saddle not being available and so on, so I did not see him ridden. But I was shown pictures and a very short video. When trying to ride him at current yard, he wouldn't stand at the mountain block and when getting on, I was barely in the saddle before he bolted off and bronced me off. This happened another time before I got a second opinion and it was found that at the time he had sore back but since then he has had his teeth, back, tack and feet checked and he is sound. I haven't however tried to ride him as he has shattered my confidence. Other information: • Alfie can be very strong and will take advantage sometimes. • He is very spooky and wary of his surroundings. • He has seperation anxiety and will act up if left alone in a field or if he can not see other horses. Alfie needs an experienced, knowledgeable, forever home with someone who can give him the time, patience and dedication to take him right back to basics. It was thought that the problems that Alfie has, has been through his previous homes. Since being injured from being thrown off and just not having the knowledge, I cannot give him the home he needs. Summer Project 16.1hh dark bay TB gelding in Cottingham

Kody is sadly for sale due to rider having lost confidence after having a child. Kody is 8 yrs but is very green and low mileage. I have owned him for 5 yrs and making the decision to find him a new home has been difficult but he is simply wasted in his current home. Kody has trained but never raced. He is very charasmatic and is great with kids. No stable vices and good to show/clip/load and with dentist. Kody has proven to be a quick learner in the school and has become more level and balanced in all 3 paces and proven he can work in a nice outline but needs bringing back into work. Kody seems to enjoy jumping and has shown to have good scope but again he is very green. Previously Kody has would happily go out alone but has only been hacked out in company for the last 3 years and therefore time would need to be spent working on building his confidence on his own again. He is Good in traffic and around heavy farm machinery. He is a TB and very occasionally can be sharp and can put in some bucks (never bucked whilst out but can have a silly spook) never reared or bolted. Kody is sound and has not had any bone or tendon injuries but has had a few general field knocks. He is sold with a full wardrobe. No dealers or time wasters please, 5* home essential for my special lad.

10 year old TB 16'2 TB Gelding

10 year old 16'2 TB Gelding. We have owned Felix for just over a year and have come to the conclusion that he needs a home that has more time for him. He has come a long way since we brought him but needs more work and we just don't have the time. He schools beautifully the way he carries himself is delightful he has three lovely paces and has a lovely fluid movement, I could imagine him doing a very nice dressage test. We have never taken him out competing and apart from popping him over a little jump in our school he hasn't done any jumping since we have owned him so can't really comment on his jumping ability. We are definitely what you would call a happy hacking home so haven’t taken him to shows. He is best when ridden frequently although last weekend we rode for the first time in 3 months and hacked on both Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday he was excited and it took longer than usual to tack him up and as soon as my husbands bottom was in the saddle he was jogging up the road! He jogged around and was generally very excitable so we only did road work. On the Sunday he was like a totally different horse, stood quietly to be tacked up, easy to mount and was cool as a cucumber so we went out for a good 2 hours and had 3 canters and a gallop. It was very pleasant hack. My husband and I mainly hack together which Felix does prefer but he has hacked alone and if he did it more I am sure he would settle much more quickly. We hack down fairly busy roads and he is fine, he does very occasionally do excited little bucks, not in nasty 'I am going to throw you off way' just I am excited and I want to go. Where he needs the most work still is on the ground he has a nervous disposition and will need a patient owner who has time to gain his trust. He isn’t at all nasty and does have stable manners he just gets nervous. We clipped him this weekend and we do it in stages so it takes 2 days rather than a few hours. He will stand to be groomed for 20 minutes and then gets fidgety, he takes longer than you average horse to tack up, nothing at all nasty he just has trust issues. He loads fine in either a box or trailer but doesn't like travelling alone, we tend to load him last and then out first to try and keep his mood as calm as possible. He can't be left in a field by himself or left on the yard by himself. He is good for the farrier and has never been lame or had any health problems. Up to date with jabs.
