Through no fault of his own he is now for sale due to moving from pony to horse too quickly and over horsing his young jockey, passed 5 stage vetting in December. 8 year old 16.1 hh Bay Irish Sports Horse by Sunny Boy (KWPN). He has a talent for flatwork scoring 74% at dressage competitions He was purchased with a view to jump XC but it seems this is where the project part is needed as he has proved difficult with this phase of his training, he put in a couple of bucks and has now frightened young jockey so we are returning to ponies. It is with a heavy heart I am putting my 14’2 heavyweight grey cob up for sale. I brought her as a first horse and was falsely sold her as a novice ride, however, this has proven untrue. She is 13 years old and has clearly been mistreated previously. This has resulted in her being nervous around people and to bolt when ridden although she doesn’t bolt every time she’s ridden and I believe this can be corrected with appropriate schooling. **** REDUCED £800 ONO **** This is an honest and heartfelt advert for the very sad sale of my 9 yr old, 16.1h, Dark Bay Warmblood Gelding - Sam. Bought in August it quickly became apparent that he was a underweight, undermuscled boy who was scared of the world and needed taking right back to basics. Now (with the assistance of qualified professionals), Sam is at the stage where he can be handled successfully on the ground (although the farrier and the vet are still a work in progress), have his feet picked out, be groomed, hosed down, tacked up, lunged and long-reined. However, I have now reached the point where I don't have the confidence or experience necessary to take him to the next stage in the process. I therefore feel it is in his best interests that I find someone who can. Sam has a very sweet & cheeky character but equally is VERY hot and spooky. For this reason he is NOT for a novice. His ideal home would be with a confident, competent, experienced individual who has the time, facilities and patience to take him forwards to meet the potential he really has. He has 3 beautiful paces on both reins (videos of long-reining can be provided) & has a really scopy jump on the lunge. Sam is fully up-to-date with his teeth, worming, back and vaccinations and is currently unshod. Sam will come with bridle and some rugs. We bought this horse knowing she needed some additional ridden work but didn't realise how much time and dedication it would really take. This is Neyo, a 10 year old 15hh cob x trotter gelding. Neyo is for sale as a project horse and with work will excel in showing patricually show jumping. he is good to catch, with the farrier, dentist, vet, he can take a while to load however with persuation he will go on. he has good stable manners.
