POPPET - cute little 8-10 month old Staffy puppy

Little Poppet is a super cute 8-10 month old Staffy puppy who sadly arrived with us as a stray. She is adorable, very sweet and friendly and only dinky (14kg). She can be a little timid at first, but it takes no time for her to come around and she is full of kisses and cuddles! Someone in the past has put some effort in with Poppet’s training as she is very clever and knows lots of commands – she sits, give both paws and knows lie down. She is very treat focussed and loves to learn, so would be brilliant at training classes and even something like agility! She tries to stay clean in her kennel, so is likely to be mainly housetrained. She is a little nervous of other dogs to begin with, but with slow introductions we think she’d be fine with a friendly male dog, or would be happy on her own to get all the attention! As we have no history about Poppet, she can only be rehomed with children aged 8+. ZIGGY - 12 month old Staffy x Whippet puppy

Meet Ziggy the Staffy x Whippet puppy! Ziggy is approx months old and is still very puppy like, he came to us from a stray pound where he was very skinny and not in great condition at all. He is now fit as a fiddle, has gained weight (still a bit to go) and is doing great! Ziggy is a really sweet boy, who is friendly with everyone he meets and has also been fine around other dogs, and could possibly live with a friendly female who will teach him some manners, and give him company. At the moment Ziggy is very anxious about being left on his own, he will follow you constantly around the house and is very much a little shadow at the moment. We think he may have been abandoned in a closed room, or shut away for very long periods in his past, as he has a fixation on doors at the moment, and will bite/bark at doors (even open doors) if allowed to. He can be corrected away from this, but needs a very firm hand to redirect his attention onto something more positive. Ziggy is VERY intelligent and picks things up so easily, he will be absolutely fantastic to train, and is a blank canvas waiting to find the right person to show him the way in the world at the moment. He does need some reminding with his house training, but won’t take long to become clean in the house. He travels fine in the car. He also walks quite nicely on the lead and needs a very active home who can drain all of his puppy energy! It is with a heavy heart that I am having to rehome our 8 month old staffy girl izzy. We rehomed her 2 months ago to be company for our other dog unfortunately she is too boisterous for our 4 young children and so I am wanting her to go to a home where she is the only dog and no young children and with someone who has plenty of experience with a lively staffy.
