Mare, about 14:1hh, lightweight, in her late teens, exact age not known (passported as adult). Connemara type pony. Much loved by all the family and now sadly outgrown by teenager, used mainly to hack, for riding lessons, and some jumping at local shows. Has done some pony club in previous home, including camp. Easily jump courses 80cm, has done X country. Current home more than 2 years. Hacked out regularly alone and in company, on rural roads, tracks and hill. Needs a fairly confident rider if hacking alone as she can be a little timid and needs clear direction. Used to dogs, bikes, traffic passing close in rural lanes. This little allrounder is very sociable, with people and horses, loves a scratch, very cute. Lives out, clipped and rugged, fully shod. Up to date with tetanus, teeth, worming. 13.2 appaloosa pony happy hacker childs best friend

Pennie is a 13.2 appaloosa who is 9yrs old. Shes a real sace steady happy hacking pony not phased by the heaviest of traffic. Has been ridden and climbed on by children from 18months old and my 5yr old has just got on and plodded around without tack etc. she has been ridden by adults also and stepped up for then. Pennie has done little schooling and jumping however she shows willing and is happy to learn. Long term home for 6yrs. Pennie can be tied up and groomed for hours:) very *kid broke* Bad bits! Pennies a little low on her pasterns but this has never caused any lameness/pain or and ridden issues. Seeking a super safe family pony. HH. Sorry no heavy cobs! Looking for a genuine allrounder to look after my mum for me! Needs to be great to hack: alone, in company, in open spaces, at all paces and with all kinds of traffic including tractors and lorries. Something I can rely on to keep mum safe even when my pony has his silly head on! Needs to be safe and sane even if not ridden every day. Easy to handle as we’re all short! Something that is a general allrounder and can do basic schooling and jumping to attend local shows would be a bonus as I could then ride them to keep them exercised for her (and have some fun!) but isn’t a necessity. She has taken my child to Pony Club camp having much fun in X-Country to include up and down the steps, over a coffin and through the water, gymnkana's, handy pony and horse agility, taking all of this in her stride. She has never bucked, reared or bolted. We have also had much fun at home hacking out, bathing her and dressing her up. She is also safe for a small child to groom in and out of the stable and catch from the field. She is good to clip, box, traffic and shoe. She is up to date (and recently) with vaccinations, teeth, back etc. She is now looking for a 5* home and will only be sold to somebody who will have the time and knowledge to put more work into her schooling, to take her to the next level. Wanting to give a pony some love & fuss. No riding needed

Hello! I’m looking for a pony or two to give some love and attention! I’m an experienced rider, competed, attended pony club as a child, did mounted games, polo crosse, lots of show jumping, had my own horses for over ten years, but gave up a few years ago. I’m now looking to get back to horses, with my partner. I’m not looking to ride, but just to find a horse or pony once a week that could do with some attention- Maybe a field companion that could do with some fussing, or a pony that’s been in a field for a while!? I want to do this to get my horsey fix, to give some love, and for the opportunity for my partner to have some more time around horses, he's had experience but not a huge amount- so not looking for anything silly (but cheeky ponies aren’t a problem!) Happy to go and grab ponies out of fields and give them a groom etc, don’t mind mucking out the odd stable. I’ve had warmbloods to Shetlands, so really not fussed as long as there’s no nastiness or anything too bonkers. If riding IS an option It would be great, and I could contribute towards costs for this, but it is by no means essential. (I’m 5’3 weigh around 9.5 stone.) Can provide references from old instructors, horsey friends, and work place. I’m not phased by the cold winters, and could be flexible. I work Mon-Fri so could come weekend, or evenings providing there’s lighting etc. I’m 26 (parter 32) reliable, mature and just eager to get back to horses. Bonny is the sweetest, kindest pony you could ever come across. Gorgeous in looks and temperament. Ideal for tots to mess about with, loves nothing more than a good pamper and will happily stand for hours to be groomed. Safe and quiet in the stable and loose in the field. Registered Section A, beautiful dun, 5 years old, 12 hh approximately and is a real solid looking mare, ideal for mum to ride occasionally. Super on the lead rein and goes to word of mouth. She has been an absolute superstar with my biostorous 5 year old son, who used her through the winter and spring to hack about and attend shows indoor and out; doing showing classes, jumping, fancy dress and gymkhana. Always in the ribbons, whilst looking after her little jockey, even when jumping around the show jumps, she filled him with jumping confidence. She has also attended pony club and took part in various games. A really versatile pony. She has never bucked, bolted, reared, napped, bit or kicked. Super to handle and very straight forward.
